Drill-Zyme X (XG B14)

DRILL-ZYME X (XG B14)

DESCRIPTION

Patented to degrade xanthan gum into non-damaging components. This will increase cleanup damage caused by xanthan gum, which acts as the glue holding the dynamically formed filter cake on the faces and unbroken gel residue in the fracture.

Why Drill-Zyme X?
  • Ensures fractures are protected from damaging xanthan filter cake during workover operations.
  • Improved xanthan filter cake removal.
  • Increased Regained Conductivity.

UNIQUE FEATURES

Removes Filter cake damage created when using xanthan based fluids in workover operations.

  • Does not spend after only one reaction.
  • Does not produce undesirable side reactions.
  • Stable between 50°F(10°C) to 250°F (121°C).
  • Stable in pH ranging from 3 to 11.
  • Broader pH applications than previous generations of enzyme breakers.

Compatible with all types of formation, water, tubular goods, and proppants.

  • Produced from all natural processes.

Treatment increased expected production on average of 240%
