WHY ENZYMES?
Enzymes are large, highly specialized proteins produced by living cells that act as catalysts and enable cells to speed up chemical reactions.
Enzymes have been used for over 70 years as breakers in the oil & gas industry, but until relatively recently, enzymatic breakers were not available that functioned optimally at the required pH and temperature conditions.
The first generation of super enzymes, for the Oil & Gas industry, were introduced in 1991 in order to improve cleanup of borate crosslinked fluids. In head-to-head independent laboratory and field testing, these enzymes outperformed conventional oxidizing breakers in terms of proppant settling, regained conductivity, & dynamic rheology.
WHY OnG-ENZYMES
The patented enzymes are the advanced result of over 30 years of research and development. OnG-Enzymes uses genetically modified organisms to produce enzymes engineered for the specific polymers used in drilling and frac operations, as well as specific bottom-hole conditions.
This has continuously resulted in unsurpassed regained conductivities. Based on customer requirements, we can precisely customize your treatment. OnG-Enzymes considers type of polymer being used, polymer ratios, temperature, pH, treatment time, and formation sensitivity to determine the proper solution.

INDEPENDENT LAB TEST DATA
Keeping our business and our products transparent is crucial to aid your decisions for your drilling and fracking, and maximizing your returns. The following Regained Conductivity tests carried out by independent laboratories illustrate positive implications our Enzymes could have on your operations.
